Bookings

A booking made on this website is a reservation of a therapist's time and a room. It is confirmed when you receive a booking number. Some bookings require a deposit; the confirmation says so and how to pay it.

Prices shown are our standard prices including VAT. The price for a particular branch or therapist level may differ; the price is confirmed on your booking.

Changes, late cancellation and no-shows

Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your booking. Later cancellations and missed bookings may be charged as set out in the cancellation policy in force when you booked, which is recorded on your booking. A deposit paid is applied against any such fee.

Health

You agree to tell us truthfully about any condition, pregnancy, allergy or medication that could affect your treatment. We may decline or change a treatment for your safety.

Gift cards

Paid gift cards do not expire (Republic Act No. 10962) and may be used at any branch and for home service. They are not exchangeable for cash. A lost gift card can be replaced if we can verify the purchase. Promotional vouchers are separate, may carry an end date, and state their own terms.

Packages and memberships

Packages are for the named guest unless stated otherwise, and are valid for the period shown when bought. Membership terms (billing, credits, pausing, cancelling) are on the membership page and on your sign-up form.

Reviews

Reviews are checked before they appear. We publish reviews good and bad, but not ones that are abusive, name a therapist unkindly, or share someone's private information.
